when do snap bids roll out?

title. withdrew from recruitment last night because I wasn't happy with the houses I had left, I and was wondering when snap bids start coming out?

Oh I meant COB, which is more common

It happens on bid day. The house will call you before bids come out but it’s very rare. Usually the only houses that will call you are houses who hadn’t cut you yet when you dropped.
