No response during C O B

I messaged Chi Phi, Sigma Chi, Sigma Phi, and a few others mid and lower and I still haven't gotten a response. Is this normal or should I worry?

None of the uppers have any reason to respond. If an upper house goes on COB it’s probably because at least one of their guys didn’t register correctly

Talked to a couple people in mid houses. From what I can tell, everyone that isn't PSK is considering COB (but will not necessarily do it). If they are doing it, they already have a list of people they want or for the same reason @Pledgemaster stated. PIKE and Phi Tau already took a member through COB less than 8 hours from the time COB started for that reason. So, if they don't respond this is probably why

i'm really not sure what to tell you here because I'm not sure why lowermid-lower houses aren't responding to your email.
Only advice I can honestly give you is to rush again in the fall.
