Pretty interesting to see some of these houses on here. Didn't Sig Chi and Sig Phi and Chi Psi allegedly take good PCs. PhiTau took the largest PC this rush with 21 kids and is still doing COB. DKE too with 18 kids is here. Interesting to see pretty much every upper mid frat here.

Yeah I am assuming that is what it is for top/uppermids + PhiTau in the mids because they have no other reason to do it. DKE is interesting on their reasoning for doing COB.
