DKE vs. Kappa Sig?

What’s the difference between the two? What’s a good lowermid to target thats at least somewhat socially relevant?

The difference is that DKE is now associated with a frat that murdered a kid (Phi Psi). Also Kappa Sig has a little bit better relations in general.
