What is the Frat Experience of a Lower Mid house?

Chill vibe from what I've gathered and ik their senior class is super small so they should grow in the next year after not losing many guys

AGR - pretty nice but def have a country farmer vibe
Ksig - great sophomore and junior class and they have people on the IFC now which will help, def a rebuild project but should be good in the long term
Sammy - somewhat cool w the best mixer schedule of the 3 but they act like they're better than they are and had a brother go to prison last semester for really sus stuff

Out of the lower mids, I’m just wondering which ones are fratty? Didn’t get a bid in rush and I’m thinking of COB’ing lower mids, but I’m looking for a fratty vibe.

Sammy and Ksig are the two frattiest. Sammy takes bigger risks and is prob gonna lose their house soon but has better relations rn, Ksig is more of a lowkey fratty vibe but they always talk about their pong game so they prob throw down somewhat too

Kappa Sig is pretty chill tbh. Obviously not as good as C4 mid but better than anything else below C4
