dirty rushing starts

hiii i didn't rush this spring bc of personal reasons, but just out of curiosity, what does dirty rushing a srat entail? like do u have to know girls from high school to be "dirty rushed" or can u also meet them in the fall semester of freshman year? also do u still rush other houses if you know you're being dirty rushed at a certain house already? can some ppl share their experience?
