If I'm interested in a chapter but didn't get a pref, should I reach out to them through the emails the IFC sent us?

Only if you think you actually bonded with the brothers and made a decent connection with some of them. But if the frat is lower than C4 mid, then def email

I went to the house in person and the brothers seemed to vibe with me so I’m just wondering whether I’m cut or whether the house is still interested in me. I don’t know whether I should email tho because I don’t want to come across as desperate.
