Can I still get a bid at COB?

Depends on the year, sometimes houses will opt-in for COB, usually they won’t.
As far as I know, usually at least one of the c4 mid’s will do COB, so that’s you’re best option.

I kinda f'ed up this rush, I pretty much only went to upper houses and I feel like that screwed me over, since Idrk any1 there. Can I still get a bid at COB for like Lambda or Chi Psi, or any house mid really?

Lambda and Chi Psi are probably no's this year, they are doing incredibly well. As far as the C4 Mids go, heard some new stuff recently that all 4 are doing pretty well and have a pretty good group of guys lined up as this rush has basically forced kids to exclusively rush one or two houses as well as the Fiji boot which essentially grants the 4 an additional 20 dudes to get. Gonna be a tough ask for COB, but just hope for the best.

lower mids will always do it. I think as it stands all the C4 mids will get at least 15 kids so its more of a case by case but Pike and PiKapp like taking 20 or more so they might push for more in COB.

And how does the process work? Like do we get on zooms again or do we just email the rush chair?

LOL. People on this site have been warning against this for months. The number one reason why so many kids can’t get into a frat is because the overestimate how cool/rich they are and rush houses way above them.
If a c4 Mid does COB, I’d rush them hard. If they don’t, maybe you can full-rush some upper-mids and mid (harder because it’s a shorter-time period and you have to basically already know the guys) or just rush next year in spring 2022

You should probably wait to see which houses actually do COB (you’ll probably get an update) cuz most don’t.

you're just going to have to wait because rush this year was insanely different, and every year the houses are completely different (just depends if they're looking for a couple more guys, or if they have a couple snap-bids in mind already).
Just know that the usually the pickings are slim for relevant houses (maybe one or two mids, and one or two uppermids)
