How hard is it for a soph to get a bid at a top frat
by: Daddy YankeeI'm an econ major at CAS and I really wanna rush this term, but I'm a soph and idk if I can. Would any decent frat let a sophomore rush?

being a sophomore doesn't matter at all. but if you checked out this site before, you'd know that top-frats and upper-frats mostly dirty-rush their guys (ie: kids they know from sports-teams and prep-school).
If you're chill, you can probably get a bid at an uppermid (DX, ChiPhi, ChiPsi, Lambda TDX) or mid (ZBT, PiKapp, Pike, PhiTau, PSK)

Plenty of guys join as sophomores and its not a big deal, and it's unlikely a house will drop you simply because you're a sophomore.
For some chapters a big part of the experience is living in the house, so if you join as a sophomore, you may be expected to live in as a senior when a lot of guys in your graduating class are in Collegetown. But that depends a lot on the size of the chapter and the property.
