Which houses have highest potential?

smaller brotherhoods with good houses will probably do better.

The brohood strong houses, assuming they take a healthy amount of kids will shoot up massively. Unlikely to have any social events for another year so brohood should be of paramount importance for rushees. Listed are the houses I think will do well this rush/should rise if they pull off a good class
SX/DU - will always get the best frattiest kids
Sig Phi - tightknit small brohood, recovered from their weak rush 2 years ago.
Chi Phi - similar to Pike in that they have been taking 20+ classes lately, but they actually have a tight brohood unlike them
Chi Psi - sleeper pick, but once their seniors graduate they have some great classes in the house especially if they can pull off another rush like last year
TDX - firm lock on football players should be consistently having that strong sports vibe
PhiTau - always been a brohood first house, if they get a good class should gain some momentum
