Is Sammy actually losing their house?

Seniors will remember that Sammy was actually in a former-dorm on North. Three years ago, they moved to West in SAE’s old house, and I always heard they were only on a 4-year lease (ie- they’ll be kicked out 2022). Can someone confirm if this is actually true or is it cap?

From what I’ve heard from someone in Sammy, this is true. But the university needs to provide them with a new house. So they’ll probably move into Fiji of Phi Psi or another university owned house.

I think you’re right but I heard they’re getting kicked out next fall of SAE

95% sure they signed a 3 year lease, which means this is the last year they have the house. And SAE will not let them renew if they’re coming back in the fall to recolonize. They might get PhiPsi’s house if the university lets them though.
