Relevant house ranks for all you social climbing freshmen which there seems to be a lot of this year (simply have not gotten the chance to go to parties and meet guys)

Top
Sig Chi
Sig Phi | DU
Hardest to get into by far. 1 in 200 chance you get in without dirty rush. SX and DU are the frattiest by far on campus while Sig Phi is the most "ivy league" frat

Upper
AD | Sig Pi
Cut below top frats. At one time, AD was top house with Sig Chi/Phi and they dropped. Sig Pi has lost all the momentum it had with its classes from Spring 18 to Spring 19. Incredibly hard to get into

Upper Mid - most divisive tier
Chi Psi | Chi Phi
DX
Lambda | TDX
Chi Phi and Chi Psi are always tryna portray themselves as upper. They are not, still below AD and Sig Pi. Very hard houses to get into. DX seems to have recovered but has a very fractured brotherhood. Lambda and TDX are p chill, typical fratty houses. DX, Lambda, and TDX - these houses will be very hard to get into.

Mid
ZBT
Pi Kapp | Pike
Phi Tau | PSK
Don't know why ZBT is suddenly upper mid. They are the same ZBT they have been for the past two years. Pi Kapp, Pike, Phi Tau, PSK are the bulk of the mid tier. Variety of vibes from fratty (PiKapp, Pike) to chillers (Phi Tau). Not as hard to get into, but these houses are still pretty selective about the guys they take so you still need to be socially competent and be able to hold a convo.
