Which frats on campus are the most hated, and for what reasons? Despite the hate they get on greekrank, are they still worth joining?

PsiU -> bad people, arrogant, hate crime incident
PhiPsi -> arrogant, covered up manslaughter, caused dry rush
Llenroc -> arrogant, caused a liquor ban
SigPi -> ratted on SX and AD, the definition of snitches
AD -> most arrogant of all frats, just bad vibes

Why do houses like ChiPsi and DX get a bad rep then? They don't seem to have done anything bad like the houses you listed?

ChiPsi and DX are the main social climbers. A lot of the guys have fake personalities and try overly hard to “rise” through forcing better mixing schedules. It’s their fakeness that ticks a lot of the other frats off despite.
