Frattiest Houses in Each Tier?

Top - SX/DU/Sig Phi - tie between SX and DU
Upper - AD/Sig Pi/DX/Chi Psi - Chi Psi
Upper Mid - Chi Phi/TDX/Lambda/ZBT - all are pretty fratty
Mid - PiKapp/Pike/Phi Tau/PSK- tie between PiKapp and Pike
Lower Mid - Sammy/KSig/AGR- Sammy
Lower - Beta/Phi Delt/DTD - DTD

Lambda is definitely frattier than ChiPsi.
Top - SX/DU/Sig Phi - tie between SX and DU
Upper - AD/Sig Pi/Chi Phi - Chi Phi
Upper Mid - Chi Psi/DX/TDX/Lambda/ZBT - Lambda
Mid - PiKapp/Pike/Phi Tau/PSK- tie between PiKapp and Pike

I don’t really know any frats well except the top and upper houses. I’d say Sig Chi, DU are the frattiest top houses. the rest of what people consider top (AD, Sig Pi, etc) are too preppy / rich to be fratty, can’t be bothered to get the vineyard vines dirty.
upper — Chi Phi is the most meatheady / state school over the others (lambda, chi psi, dx, phi psi, the rest basically). i think any houses below upper def have potential to be fratty and def have fratty individuals, but in terms of house culture only upper / top houses like DU, SX, chi phi, can actually get away with being fratty

all the top/upper frats maybe not sig pi are inherently fratty. It is a big part of why they are so high. other than that I agree with this statement that Chi Phi is very fratty and easily the most fratty over the rest of the upper mid frats. Wouldn't go as far as saying that they are the most fratty with DU/Sig Chi alone.

AD goes way harder than ChiPsi, c'mon. Even SigPi goes harder than ChiPsi. All they do is contribute their house for multis -- there's a reason their 1-on-1 mixers are notoriously lame.
