Spring 2021 Frat Ranks

1) Sigma Chi
Consensus top house in every rank, they have near unlimited access to the top freshmen.

2) Sigma Phi
Recruit on the smaller side but have a very close and rich brotherhood which should attract some of the top guys.

3) Delta Upsilon
It’s reputation for a rich and rowdy brotherhood will attract most of the top party-heavy kids.

4) Alpha Delta Phi
These guys will be (or should be) making a hard push to get a decent number of good rushes next semester. If they don’t manage to realize that goal then they are going to fall out of the top 4.

Tie-5) Sigma Pi and Delta Chi
Sigma Pi has had two bad rush cycles in a row, however if they reverse course and fix their frat relations then maybe they can get a good PC next rush, however, they could also fail this rush cycle again, and fall out of the “upper tier”.

Delta Chi has built momentum from last rush, and if they continue building on it then they will be a top 5 house, unless they don’t get their finances figured out.
However, they need to make sure that they don’t pull a Fiji and overbid to get weird dudes.

Tie-7) Chi Phi and Chi Psi
Chi Phi has dropped a little due to the rumored investigation into them by the university. If they are found guilty then they can be removed from this list entirely or dropped down a couple of spots (depending on whether they get SoPro or kicked off).

Chi Psi had a rough fall rush, but they still have time to turn it around and show that they have a strong brotherhood (they usually do better in spring rush). Their improved sorority relations should also give them a little boost.

Tie-9) Lambda Chi Alpha and Theta Delta Chi

Lambda had an ok fall rush, but still lack some of the sorority relations that make other houses more appealing. Unless other houses fail spectacularly, Lambda probably won’t be shifting from this spot any time soon.

Theta Delta Chi could have done better in fall rush, but like Chi Psi they usually do better in spring rush as they get a solid number of football guys and non football guys. They have no more thumpty guys left, which helps.

11) Zeta Beta Tau
Nice guys, but still carry the stigma of the hog roast to this day. They have a reasonably strong brotherhood, but are lacking in sorority relations.

12) Pi Kappa Phi
Work-hard, play-hard. Highest GPA on campus, pretty strong brotherhood, but their house is far from west campus and they mix with few sororities.

13) Pi Kappa Alpha
Generally chill brotherhood, they don’t do much but people do like them. Their house isn’t the best but it isn’t the worst. Their Fall PC was somewhat lackluster.

14) Phi Sigma Kappa
Again another chill Brotherhood, they have managed to get some more decent guys joining their house in the last two rush cycles. If they continue to keep this trend they could end up at the top of the mid pack.

Tie-15) Phi Tau and Sigma Alpha Mu
Phi Tau has nice guys, however their actual house and brotherhood is small compared to others.

Sigma Alpha Mu has a fun but also slightly weird reputation. As of now they have a good house on west campus but that could be gone with SAE coming back.

As for the rest of the frats they are pretty much the same: small/chill brotherhood, not incredibly fratty guys, ok houses.
