What do you mean drifted?? Chi psi recolonized a few years ago as a mid tier. Only this year have they been able to argue being an upper mid. Chi Psi as a top house in 2014 has zero affiliation to the current brotherhood

To everyone saying "CHi PhI iS ToO hIgH" who would you put over them? Sig Pi with their 1 (one) c4 relation and horrible rep with literally every other top frat? Chi Psi, who drifted into midtier over the last few years? DX, the turtleneck and corduroy frat? Please advise i know Chi Phi isn't exactly top notch but it comes out better than most other mid/upper mid frats and is basically offbrand DU so why are yall pressed?

Meant drifted in and out of midtier. By no means did they start higher than they are now lol
