Rumor has it that DKPsi is buying the entire lux to use as their annex. Can anyone confirm?

I heard they were strong arming C Town landlords to take control of most rental properties, guaranteeing a constant flow of income to their house while allowing them to use any house or apartment building as their annex. Only a top house could do this!
