feb break rankings w descriptions

prob gonna be downvoted hard of but here's an attempt at objective rankings

Sig Chi/Sig Phi/DU
Sig Pi/AD

-sig chi got a solid underground pc and still maintains c4 relations, don't see them going down, both sig phi and du got good pcs while sig pi's was ok but lost rushes to other houses so def puts them below top 3. ad lost a lot to the other top houses and has a smaller underground pc but they still have c4 relations

Chi Psi
Lambda/DX

- upper mids def changed a bit. like it or not chi phi is for sure above the others now. might have similar sorority relations as others but got a really nice and big pc and is developing c4 relations, only thing holding them back is a shaky relationship w the university. chi psi didn't change much, good and big pc, good relations w upper mid sororitys, good sophomores but weirder upperclassmen+the fact that other frats dislike them holds them back . Lambda got a p big and good pc, has solid relations w the upper mid sororitys but the years on sopro hurt them and it'll take them a while to get to where they once were, DX got a good pc + has a nice house but still suffers from poor finances and many weird older brothers, has been mixing well lately tho so we'll see how they do.

Pi kapp/Pike/Fiji/TDX
PSK/ZBT

-Pi kapp has ok pc but bad house location plus lack of good sorority relations hurts them altho Fiji potench in trouble could allow them to rise. not much change for pike, same kinda pc they always have but their good pi phi and tridelt relations helps, tdx got a good pc and has a massive house but their stigma as the football frat hurts them plus their lack of good sorority relations, Fiji took a big pc but had to bid some weirder kids to get it done, might be in trouble now so hard to say what their future is. PSK and ZBT both took bigger pcs but the long sopro stint for psk and pig roast for zbt still hurts them a bit

Sammy

Phi Tau/Kappa Sig

-Sammy got a larger pc that fits their vibe, has a nice house but the rumor their losing it soon puts them up in the air. Phi Tau and Kappa Sig had lower numbers than in past but still got Pcs above 10 who fit their vibe. May not have as good sorority relations but do have good brother hoods.

Phi Delt/AGR/Beta

-got hurt by lower rush numbers but still took PCs which will allow them to stay relevant. Houses are more about the brotherhood then partying and from what I heard took pcs that fit w the brotherhood well.

DTD/TKE/Zeta Psi
Acacia, DKE,AEPi
KDR

-lower houses got hurt by the lower rush numbers and tke wasn't able to take a pc. hopefully wont have to shut down w new regulations and can stay afloat bc they provide good brotherhoods to kids who don't care much ab partying.
