DG: white stilton gold (expensive af)
APHI: wyke farms cheddar (also expensive but like lighter)
THETA: daiya (~alternative~)
KAPPA: jersey blue (jersey)
SDT: cream cheese (long island)
TRI DELT: trader joes vegan mozzerella sticks (a solid choice)
AZD: chevre (a bit lemony)
PI PHI: gouda (varies a little but in a good way)
AEPHI: also cream cheese (also long island)
KD: machego (a little bit of everything)
AXO: ricotta (kinda sweet!)
PSS: brie (soft, sweet, versatile)
PHIMU: feta (this just feels right to me)
