chi phi’s house raided by ifc

If you you’re looking for a good fraternity to join and considering a good house to party in, good luck if Chi Phi is on your list. Their house has been raided by CUPD twice already in the past two days during rush. Before the party ban last semester, all of their parties were shut down before 11 PM. I know that GreekRank is spammed by brothers by other houses, and you may think this is no different, but literally ask any girl in a sorority that they mix with (Tri Delt, Pi Phi, AZD). Not going to deny that they have a nice physical house, but their issues and run-ins with the University really undermine their social events. Be cautious when choosing them.

Because their house is owned by the University, CUPD can raid Chi Phi at will.

I’m not gonna lie that I’m in a competing house, but if you don’t believe this post just ask a girl in Pi Phi and they’ll tell you that their parties always get shut down.

pike wasn't "raided." also DG is in the same boat as chi phi eg they found alc in their house during rush, which is bad.

this comment is total bs because sorority rush is totally different from frat rush (they don't have evening events like frats) so a sorority house would never get "raided" ... whoever wrote this just straight up made it up lmfao
