Enough with Sig Pi, they are not that high. Yes, I know many girls love them because they're very soft, but they have absolutely no respect from frats. Anyone in any of the upper or top houses at Cornell know that the top four house have been and will continue to be Sig Chi, Sig Phi, AD, and DU, and if you say otherwise, you're just lying to yourself. Phi Psi and Sig Pi are for sure doing well, but they are just not on this level yet.

phi delt should be in between sammy and zbt, seriously underrated frat that throws bigger bangers than most mid-tier frats. The guys aren't social climby unlike all the other houses.
