This is probably gonna be downvoted a lot but this is an actual objective ranking

Upper:

Sig Chi
DU / Sig Pi / Sig Phi
AD / Phi Psi

Upper Mid:

Chi Phi / Chi Psi
Fiji

Middle:

TDX / PiKapp
Pike / ZBT / Lambda
DX / Phi Tau / Sammy

Rest:

15+ frats

Notes:
-Sig Chi is the unquestionable top house.
-DU continues to rely heavily on fall PC's to maintain status.
-Sig Pi has been killing it of late, good fall PC. Only real knock on them is that no frats like them.
-Sig Phi dropped due to a very small spring PC and lack of good parties. Only reason that they are this high is due to sorority relations.
-AD continues to decline and with the whole roof incident this weekend who knows what happens to them.
-Phi Psi's lack of relations with DG/Theta hold them back however they're invited in the big 8 ways.
-Chi Phi never really regained their core 4 relations from SoPro but continues to do their thing.
-We get that no upperclassmen like Chi Psi but they've been doing well as of late. Definitely passed Fiji at this point. Probably the most hated frat on campus.
-Fiji's upperclassmen are holding them up. Their new PC has horrible sorority relations. Could see them declining soon.
-TDX having the football players is heavily supporting them but the rest of the house is really really weird.
-It's not that PiKapp is doing well, it's just that everybody else around them isn't.
-Pike gets a horrible rep on here (and somewhat deservedly so) but actually has good relations with Tridelt.
-ZBT is only in the middle tier due to SDT.
-Sororities are testing out Lambda which is helping them a lot but they have virtually no juniors and all their sophomores are from this fall. That said, definitely has the potential to rise (I see them becoming similar to ZBT pre pig roast).
-DX got gutted by their nationals and barely has enough members to function. Additionally SoPro hurts them.
-Phi Tau = nice guys.
-Sammy got blessed with the old SAE house but that doesn't change the members inside it.
-Phi Sig would be included in the middle but their SoPro is gonna turn them into Kappa Sig.
