why is kappa considered a good house

I’m genuinely confused.
Obviously it’s considered less of a good house considering how bad rush was, but like. Idk why Kappa is a top house at Cornell.

Theta, Aphi, DG, Tri Delt, SDT, Aephi and Azd did bettee this year. Their PC was uncomfortably white. At least Alpha Phi’s uncomfortably White PC was hot.

I haven’t personally talked to a Kappa that wasn’t either annoying or socially inept. Their sorority house is one of the worst on campus.

Can someone explain

Yeah I’m not really sure. I don’t know how a house can be a top house if they have bad personalities, at best mediocre looking girls, and a bad home for pnms to live in.
