Ask anyone whose actually in any of these houses or the core four and they will agree

yes, but they’re pretty low key and they don’t really assert themselves as a top house or try to act like one. they party, but in a different vibe I guess. kinda similar to phi psi.

Good list, but as of recently I really don’t think Sig Phi should be put above AD and DU. They never have parties, and when they do they’re usually not great. They’re new PC has literally 4 freshman in it. Talk about a house that is being held up from the top. Maybe not quite yet, but I don’t believe they deserve to be above DU and AD

very true. not sure why they are consistently so high they have been pretty irrelevant as of recent and had an atrocious pledge classes and year so far

The seniors are the last normal guys in ad...all the younger girls prefer du and sig pi and the new pcs show that
