why does someone not in dke self rank dke

Just look at the ranking. I understand that they are the bottom of bottom tier, but I have a few very close friends in that house and I don't believe they are absurd/stupid to the point to claim that they are top house with Sig Chi on the ranking. Whoever is doing this please stop.
