Sig ep is not on the rise at all. They took a smaller than normal pc and a lot of the guys are middle tier rejects. Likewise, pike is still mixing poorly, so they shouldn't be on the rise either.

Pike and Sig ep are just returning to where they were before they got suspended last year with the help of other houses like Phi Sig and ZBT falling, and Sammy is on the rise with a good PC and a new house. I wouldn’t say any of those houses are ridiculously high on this list
