Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Was an elite house when they got kicked off campus. Sammy is using their house now, but in two years when the lease runs out SAE will recharter and reclaim Hillcrest. Expect this to be like Chi Psi -- comes back mid tier and rapidly works its way back toward upper

A lot of wishful thinking. They won't be back quickly, if at all. Were always a bunch of efite, snobs, who thought their ---- didn't stink. Greek life would be better off without them. They gave Cornell an excuse to try to destroy the the entire Greek system. They are the poster girls for stupid.
