Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 ZBT IS A TRAP. I AM TELLING YOU THEY ARE A TRAP. THEY ARE RIGHT ABOVE THE MID FRATS AND BELOW CHI PHI AND DX. THEIR SCHEDULE IS HORRIBLE WHICH IS WHY THEY CHOOSE TO THROW CONCERTS AND RANDOM EVENTS. THEY CAN'T EVEN GET SDT ON THEIR SCHEDULE A LOT. I KNOW. I WAS SUPRISED TOO FINDING THAT OUT.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 Not a popular frat, except with SDT, but they're hard to get a bid from and still an upper tier house. Lots of Westchester guys and the house is somewhat isolated, which helps them throw bigger parties without noise complaints. Also overlooks the falls which is cool.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Not the "frattiest" of houses, but known for a very strong brotherhood and decent relations, on par with DX, Chi Psi, etc. but mostly propped up by SDT and the occasional Kappa/Theta event. Still being carried by Loud Luxury, but was a very successful event.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 Definitely one of the top houses and rising above its tier into the DX/Chi Psi realm. They are the nicest kids with the closest brotherhood. Don't mix with the top sororities yet but may soon.
