this is a house who has "been on the come up" for about the last ten years. and no, this does not mean they are a rising frat, this means they are, have always been, and will always be a mid tier frat.

They are a good group of guys. Girls love going here because they are friendly, but don't really have hookups at Sig Pi. I personally do not go to that many of their events because we have too many mixers with them. They have good parties but don't have good afters.

Mid Tier house that will do anything to get that Top House title. Snitches on other house about parties to Martha Pollack to bring themselves higher. The brotherhood in this house is…..what brotherhood lmao. They have one mediocre party called Oasis which also sucks. I would describe them as getting a quesadilla with no cheese, no meat, not even toasted, just bland and boring.

Sigma Pi is one of the top fraternities. They seem to draw some negative comments probably from guys they didn't bid.

I rushed and didn't get in, but definitely wealth-focused, Dyson dudes. Basically, white, rich kids, kinda vanilla and can't hold down a major event and snobs but decent hosts at mid events if they think you are good enough for them.

Used to be great but got fcked by S20 rush. Had the potential to have an incredible PC but the majority of the kids didnt take the bid. Rapidly losing relevance and will probably barely have a fall pc. While they have some great guys, the majority of the house is bland and cookie cutter.

Sigma Pi is one of the top fraternities. They have a great house and strong alumni support. Their alumni are especially active in the Finance Area and helps place their members after they graduate.

SigPi is one of the most socially responsible and reliable fraternities on campus. Over the years, they have actively sought solutions to protect the student body by reporting irresponsibly hosted fraternal events to the IFC. Many pledges are required to report parties as a part of the pledging process in order to demonstrate their commitment to upholding the values of social responsibility that are so vital to the SigPi Fraternity.
