Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 Started coming to the house more this semester for our mixers. A lot of the guys have definitely grown on me, genuinely sweet and also know how to have a good time. The younger guys seem to carry the house's social scene and definitely have the most fun. As for sorority relations, they mix with core four including some of the upper/middle tier sororities including KD, Pi Phi etc. Often co-host parties with Phi Psi or Sig Chi. Overall, a solid house.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.6 Used to be decent, rose to prominence quickly after getting kicked off in 07/08? Very tight-knit, diverse brothers that are fun to party with. Underratedly one of the best looking group of brothers on campus.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 This house used to be the top house two years ago in the fab five but then once SDT dropped so did Sig Pi to make it balanced. Furthermore, Sig Pi was a consensus top-tier frat and better than DU until last year when, on the last day to sign bids, the rushes all went separate paths and then Sig Pi was left with a smaller pc. Yet, they recovered from that by taking a large and amazing fall class, with a very solid spring class this year. They have always been in the same tier as DU because they cross-rush the most. Typically, these are the wealthy private school finance bros from the tri-state area who were rushing AD and Sig Phi as well. Because DU is on a major downfall, Sig Pi will be back to where they were very quick.

The drop off in quality between their senior class and other classes is not as big as people make it seem. Yes, this frat is not as great as it once was. Will it become a C4 mid? Hell no. Great location, great house, and chill guys keep this house as an upper tier.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 One of the top houses and getting better with each pledge class (especially the newest couple of ones) and great place where girls feel safe and respected. Might not be the craziest night, but some of their parties are great and they're nice, good looking, and involved on campus.

In reality, this house is a top frat and was once very high up. The 13-man class they just took was very solid, adding a nice end to the year after taking 11 in the fall.
