Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Good house all around, not top three but many would argue they are top four or five. They mix with core four and are involved in the bigger parties. As for the brothers, they are usually well known/liked around campus, some give off a finance/ douche vibe but that is expected at a school like Cornell.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Definitely upper tier(top 5-6) at this point depending on your definition. From what I know, they mix well with top sororities and are above average looking. Couple douchy ones but mostly nice guys. Only thing holding them back is not the fact that they try hard(every relevant frat tries pretty hard to sustain image imo), but rather the prejudice of other more established top fraternities.

Definitely upper tier(top 5-6) at this point depending on your definition. From what I know, they mix well with top sororities and are above average looking. Couple douchy ones but mostly nice guys. Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Solid top 5 house...not considered elite but on par with du/phi psi. Good top tier sorority relations and guys are generally known for being good-looking but somewhat pretentious. Not as involved with big campus wide events...definitely on the rise from when they were kicked off though

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Been getting better at larger events lately, their 2019 spring PC is known as one of the best on campus and has been really helping the house in terms of sorority/fraternity relations. Widely accepted as one of Top 4 frats along with Sig Chi, Sig Phi, and DU with great sorority relations but still a lack of frat relations. If only they were able to open themselves up to other guys a little more.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 Honestly not that bad of a frat despite what some people say. Had one or two off rushes but they're still a solid upper house and will probably rise a bit if they can pull a good PC in the spring

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 These guys are easily a top 4 house now: Sig Chi, Sig Phi, DU, and Sig Pi. They throw some of the best mixers and the guys actually take pride in staying fit and not being complete degenerates. Also, a lot of very smart dudes. Overall, a very strong and solid house that girls enjoy going to.
