Now that they can fully utilize Hillcrest, expect the brothers to host their notorious white and green parties. Alumni are very invested and from what I heard the social budgets are bigger than most other houses. Will certainly be competitive in spring rush.

Don’t be fooled by SAE’s big house and incessant grinding on this website, they’re still a bottom-tier fraternity and will be until they can actually rush some decent dudes. Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.4 Despite the other rankings spam they’re still new so they’re bottom. As far as recolonization, the guys are decent but no where near top. Stay away until they throw at least a few times.

Sammy's only years of relevancy were when they rented out Hillcrest, and now that SAE is back with full recognition they'll be rising fast up the ranks and hosting some of the biggest parties the school has seen in years.
