Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Falling fast, and fell from top of c4 mid to hardly lower mid tier within the last few semesters. Sure they might be able to turn it around, but it will take a big spring pc to make a dent.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.7 Average frat for the average guy. Mix primarily with kd and frats like phi tau and PSK. Don’t know what’s been going on w their greekrank grind lately. Either they’ve been review bombing other frats or they’re being framed. But need to chill regardless. Definitely overrated on this site

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.0 people need to stop review bombing pike off all houses, first off all it won’t do anything, pike has been a solid mid kinda nerdy house for 10+ years here. Secondly if your house is losing rushes to pike you need to slap your rush chair in the face

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.7 Smaller-than-average house on west, but close with sororities including KD and AEPhi. The guys are the real positive of this house - never met a Pike guy I didn’t vibe with. Throws less often than other houses but pours a lot of money into their bigger parties, which people from all over the Greek scene show up to. Gets hosted at a good amount of other frats. NME is relatively light. Their ceiling is probably Upper Mid because of less-involved upperclassmen. Still a solid option to check out if you’re looking for a less-involved but overall positive Greek life experience.
