Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Went to their homecoming formal this weekend. Brothers are cute and nice. Nicest formal i've been to, super classy and lots of alumni there. The house itself is beyond beautiful and the property is huge.

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 In the space of 14 minutes this evening, the reviewer below left similar Bottom/1.0 rating for a total of seven houses. Those seven houses together have over 200 brothers. This is so dumb. GR isn't a good thing for the system.

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.7 Like Fiji, they still have older guys and have been taking underground classes. They have their house, so that'll make the transition back easier. Just need to avoid taking squids when they get back to normal recruitment. Also need to reestablish sorority relations -- used to be close with Theta and PiPhi, but we'll see if that happens again.

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.9 Poor man’s AD or the DX of west. Nothing particularly special about this house and a small brotherhood since they can’t recruit with normal IFC rush. Went to one of their date nights and it was fun, albeit fairly arrogant vibes. 6/10
