Top house with great brotherhood, fun parties, high GPAs, best mixers and cool guys. They continue to pull strong PCs as other houses fall. NME is nbd. SA is not tolerated. Girls are safe here unlike nearby frats. Def a clout place to be. A wristband to one of their big parties is a golden ticket on campus. Use all connections and meet as many bros as you can during rush for best shot

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.4 Arguably a mid tier frat despite the high ranking in various posts. Yes, their parties are notable, but mainly from the name and the ideas. Can't think of the last time they actually lived up to the hype. Lot of smoke, not a lot of fire.
