Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Good fraternity with a bunch of studs. Took a relatively mixed class of PC, some good and some weird guys. But overall, in a good trajectory. They seem to grind GR a lot, but they are a good house with respectable social schedule

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.0 The only c4 relations chi phi is closest to are c4 mids lmao. association with pikapp hurts them a lot. no wonder lambda and now zbt seems to be doing better than them

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 chi phi will have you believe they’re an upper mid house but in reality they’re just mid and have been increasingly doing worse by the year. They lost all their top rushes to lambda/chi psi/DX. Mixing schedule has also been pretty whack as of late. They’re no way near C4 relations. Can definitely see pikapp overtaking them in the near future

chi phi will have you believe they’re an upper mid house but in reality they’re just mid and have been increasingly doing worse by the year. They lost all their top rushes to lambda/chi psi/DX. From the GR face-off with Chi Psi a couple years to the current GR face-off with Lambda, this fraternity has been through it all. But on the real, good social life and most of the brothers ive met are chill. The GR grinders must be some outcasts in their house

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 House is so freaking good now. Mixed with them the other night and the guys were so nice. They have good personalities despite being pretty athletic and good looking. I am excited to mix with them again and recommend any sorority checks them out
