Upper/upper middle house on west. They have slipped compared to a couple years ago. Known for being rough around the edges and throwing Chi Phridays, which are basically open freshman parties. You should rush this house if: you are a meathead, a lot of this house is made up of DU rejects Other: House is pretty dope and they have a nice catwalk where you can view the parties from. Like DU, they have a lot of allegations about being creepy with girls. Future Outlook: A step above DX/Fiji/Chi Psi, but not quite as good as Phi Psi/Sig Pi. Them being on So Pro for all of last semester and part of this semester hurts them a lot. They might rise to the same level as Phi Psi/Sig Pi, but its unlikely.

Lambda and Chi Phi run this mf site. The most overrated houses on this site. closer to pike and pikapp than dx and chi psi. Its evident given the fact these houses mix with pike and pikapp every other weekend. solid mid tier

‘Don’t fight a chi phi’ 💀 what a bunch of clowns. A lot of the kids in the house can’t talk to girls for their life. Just a bunch of clowns that have watched too many frat movies tryna play off as ‘fratty’

Fraternity with a rich history! From the GR face-off with Chi Psi a couple years to the current GR face-off with Lambda, this fraternity has been through it all. But on the real, good social life and most of the brothers ive met are chill. The GR grinders must be some outcasts in their house

Not a remarkable frat. Brothers are known to be sporty but more short guys than usual. A wanna be phi psi before the entire tragedy. House is in bad location tbh, and parties were standard to underwhelming. Poor music taste. Have a few friends that are really great though.

Aggressive and physical, most of them play sorts. Been coming here most of the fall. Not creepy but kind of intense, really happy to see one another. Don't seem to care about image too much which is nice if you're into that sort of blue collar fun. Chug/spill/dump beer/puke often. Unafraid to forcibly keep people out of house during their larger events. Number of guys around seemed to fluctuate when some sports teams were away or something.
