Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 I went out to dinner with a brother recently and I was a little overwhelmed by his ability to slurp a full raw piece of asparagus. I asked him about it and all he said was, “I got a lot of practice at Chi Phi.” I didn’t know what else to do but get with him as soon as we got to his place. All I can say is, I’m definitely rushing next semester.

The one downside is that they have this DJ that kinda looks like a velociraptor who is rlly mean to me :( I think his DG hat and his newfound popularity (from the SAMMY pledge party) have went to his head... Also Marin was totally right about the core four mixers, we've had like zero. Maybe we should send them more videos of me dancing

Honestly, being in this house has just been okay. Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Ranked anywhere from 6-10. Firmly an upper tier house and have been in that position for many years. A lot of the guys are into lifting, but also drinking, so heavy dad bods here. They mix well with mid srats and some of the C4, particularly Theta. Their house is basically in collegetown which is helpful if you're into the bar scene. ChiFridays are good time too.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Solid upper middle tier house. Mostly made up of good looking athletic guys who like to party and have fun. I never get a creepy vibe from this house, and the guys are super friendly. My friends and I love this house. GREAT brotherhood too - they all have each other's backs.
