Ask any guy on campus, these girls are the hottest with a really involved sisterhood. They have models and have Miss Idaho, Miss Maryland, and an Alpha phi went on to Miss America's top 10. You wouldn't think they had brains based on their looks and partying at night, but they surprisingly have a lot of hard science majors and engineers.They used to be a little more conservative and housewifey, but now they've gotten a little more wild and fun. They are more on the feminine and girly side

My friend joined theta and she's always complaining about how much drama there is in their pledge classes. There are so many cliques, what's the point of being in a house together if they don't like each other? Also, theta has the most girls deactivate out of the core 4.

Worst house out of all the others. Looks like a dorm (rooms have cider block walls). Girls have pretty faces, but they are not involved at all on campus. 30 under quota last year and don't have the excuse of being new anymore.
