cob & spring recruitment

Don't listen to the person who just went to bash houses.
There is one house that should be participating in COB because they didn't make quota. All other houses made quota.
Spring recruitment depends on whether or not chapters are meeting chapter total. So if they fall below chapter total sometime throughout the semester then they will likely be participating in spring recruitment.

I'm sorry, I misspoke the first time-- they snapbid to make quota. They COB to make total. So if they fall below total at any point during the semester they're technically supposed to COB, but not all do it immediately.

If some chapters have had girls drop since accepting bids and fall below the quota number, would they possibly participate in COB or would they wait until spring to see what their total house number is?
