i doubt it. Most don't have alumni bases (OX, DKE, TKE) to pull cash from so building a house will be nearly impossible and if you don't have a GV house you can't move up (see Beta) although Pike pulled it off but they'd been on campus for 100 years so alumni are the real key.
Fiji has some commitment with the University to help the chapter build a house in 3-5 years if they meet certain benchmarks. So maybe they have a shot. Phi Tau made the same deal but they have to wait for Fiji to get larger before they are allowed to recruit.

ATO eventually (probably three/four years) will get their house back and then in another three to four years will eventually be good again IF all goes well. They aren't new but they're the only ones having a shot. The way greek life is these days the chances of staying alive that long are slim anyway.

SIg Ep, ATO and Lambda will all be fine. They have 80-100 years worth of alumni and they OWN GV houses. Phi Sig and Beta will need to build houses quickly or they will decline fast.
Of the 6 slots in the GV expansion 3 have already been claimed so we'll see who steps up.

pike Was not on campus for 100 years. they may have been here a while back but they we're not for a long time before 2008ish...
