USC is forcing new sororities to make a commitment to build a house within 3-5 years. The larger nationals (DG, Theta) do not need to put forth that level of investment to start new chapters at most schools and are avoiding USC because of it. In the last round only Fuzzy and AOPi presented.

This is the notice from their website on the colonization. This organization is already at two South Carolina colleges. More options are not a bad thing so there are more options and those who want to be Greek can.
