top return rate
by: FactsThe most true and accurate rate to label the top house is by the return rate through out recruitment. This year the three with the highest return rates at USC are AXO, XO, and KD. That is the only way to create and actual measure of tier. All of you on her speculating and talking about other houses are doing nothing but creating animosity. You are all part of one BIG GREEK VILLAGE so why not support and get along with each other. It would make it a lot more fun!

Those girls don't matter. Return rate is all about the girls you invite back wanting you. So say I invited back 780 girls and only 740 put the house in their top Whatever number of choices for that round then the return rate would be 94.87%. Also, girls that dropped you are girls that don't write your house's name anywhere on their list (not even bottom 3) because they don't want to come back ever.

Return rate is all based on how many accept their invitations back. However FSL also does statistics of how many prioritized the chapter in their top, so for example say there were 1000 pnms, and I could invite back 500, my return rate would be based on how many of those 500 accepted my invitation, whereas the number of pnm's prioritizing chapter (not putting it in their bottom list) could be say 975 if I'm a really good recruiting chapter. So it doesn't factor into return rate but the information is readily available.

The Triple D's were pref'ed by all the PNMs after the first round. After that, Triple D stumbled and screwed up rush.

Well then maybe it wasn't the right house for them. But I guarantee you other top houses were not preferred by girls too! The point of Rush is to find the right house for YOU!

So if you are actually a PiChi, why would you reveal what your group did? You are not supposed to do that. Shady and irresponsible. Plus everyone knows the Top 6 houses have almost a 99% return rate after Round one so you aren't even believable. Quit make by the whole Greek system look bad by saying stuff like that.

How about instead of bashing other houses on here, we are thankful that women want to join our sororities? Every house on campus is full of amazing people who want to make our school better. That will be even more evident during Homecoming and DM. Let's get along so more people want to join us. It is a privilege to be a member of the Greek community at USC.
