tiers are real

It's pretty obvious to most who the top/middle/bottom tiers are, but I want to make it clear that the only people who know who is in what tier for sure is the sorority/fraternity council. A top tier is a sorority that has the highest return rate and lowest drop rate during recruitment. It consists of 3 sororities. The low tiers have the lowest return rate and highest drop rate during recruitment. All of the other ones are in the middle, and only sorority/fraternity council knows exactly who goes where because they are the ones who see those numbers.

It has to be ADPI, KD, and Zeta these seem to be the three everyone always holds out for.

ADPI and KD definitely pulled hot PCs this year no doubt and TONS girls were super disappointed when these houses made the huge cuts that they had to. After that though Chi O probably came in strongest

ZTA has terrible return rates! The best return rates always goes to XO (who I heard only had about 10 girls total drop them during recruitment), KD (who I heard had about 30 girls drop them total during recruitment), and ADPi or AXO (who I heard both had around 20ish drop them during recruitment).

My friend and I both dropped adpi because their house smelled like cat pea during rush...I think all of the sororities have beautiful talented girls regardless of self described tiers.

Bless her heart. Yes dear the correct spelling is pee not pea. And those with exceptional literary abilities might even use the term feline urine. Perhaps you meant it smelled like chick peas? With the highest GPA on campus if you cannot differentiate between pea and pee or their, there, and they're perhaps it would not have been a good fit anyway. Glad you found your perfect fit.

this is actually true a lot of people dislike ZTA and ADPI and drop them, the three with the highest return rates are AXO, XO, and KD.
