Informal rush isn't "Dirty Rushing" the same rules for girls don't apply to guys. So if you have video evidence that a "frat" is dirty rushing, you prolly have a snapchat of a rush party... Which every fraternity does during this time. Welcome to college narc.

It was far more than a video of a rush party. But what you're saying is that fraternities at USC are allowed to dirty rush.
