i think this was already answered but no one makes "cuts" on pref. at this point the sorority lists the girls from 1-200 and basically if the girls from 1-130 all put that house as their first choice then they'll get their first choice of girls, but if some don't and another house ranks the PNM higher than she may end up at the house that ranks her highest even if that's not necessarily her first choice.

it's the same thing, they just number freshman on one list and upperclassman on another so technically you're not really competing for a bid from freshman at this point
