you honestly never know. As far as basic odds go yes you should hopefully get at least one house. Some girls get both and some get neither. Just wait for your list!

If your top sorority prefs you are they likely to give you a bid on bid day or are there a high amount of cuts again?

you are guaranteed one of the houses you visited on pref, at this point houses do not cut, they rank each girl who came through and then you just have to trust the system, it depends where you land on the list

exactly what abc said, at this point the girls coming through are numbered 1 - 83740157 or however many and it all depends on which house puts you higher and how other girls are ranked versus yalls list, you have to trust the system and know that everyone ends up where they are mean to be
