Do the houses find out what we ranked them? Do they know who we picked above them? If so will they possibly cut you for that?

No the houses have no idea what you ranked them or what other houses you have been going to.

No, chapters have no way of knowing who else you're preffing. Even if you only get one house back for pref they don't even know that they're the only house you have.

if a house asked you how many houses you had they were probably just trying to make conversation like "wow such a long day" or something like that. You nor the girl rushing you should ever mention the name of another house during a party
