by: trueSo much is changing about greek life/ rush this year and you can't deny that the rankings are going to shift quite a bit after recruitment. DDD got renovations, but will probably continue to get the same girls since they basically pick them all before rush. Gphi also got dramatic renovations and new jerseys. I think that this could potentially move them to top of the bottom tier or maybe even lower middle. Apparently Pi Phi is pretty good for just starting out. I heard that XO KD and KKG (for a change) are really popular in rush this year so who knows how that will end up? It seems as if most girls are avoiding the faker top tier houses a lot more this year (DDD, ADPi, ZTA) but ADPi will still be top most likely. Since Pi Phi has no house, they will probably get leftovers and GPhi and AGD will reap the benefits from that. DZ will probably be the same and Phi Mu might rise a little. AXO will either kill it or suck this year

pretty sure sig ep owns in the GV. they are part of the original GV, unlike phimu, agd, piPhi, and most fraternities.

Yes this is true, but they got kicked off campus for hazing a few years ago. AGD signed the lease until fall of 2018.
