I agree! I loved XO and heard they won a ton of stuff last year. If that's not top tier then what it is?

I loved XO too. I think the other sororities have been writing crap about them to try to throw us off.

Yeah I remember XO had a lot of people who said they were self ranking but when it was mentioned to a few of my friends they didn't even know Greek rank was a thing. It could've been a few of them but a lot of them don't care about top tier and that kind of stuff. Yeah their pc this year was rough but they kicked out some of those girls and really shaped up this pc. I think they did what they had to do and I doubt they are on here self ranking. This website isn't really relevant. I see a lot of KKG self ranking but that's because I watched my friend self rank them herself and she mentioned they get on here a lot.
